How should I prepare for my first waxing appointment?
For best results, we recommend that your hair is at least 1/4 inch long (about the size of a grain of rice). Please avoid tanning or heavy exfoliation 24-48 hours before your visit.
What is your return policy for skincare and body products?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with a retail product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can I use my Wax Pass at any location?
Yes! One of the benefits of our Wax Pass program is that it is honored at any European Wax Center location across the country, regardless of where you originally purchased it.
Are your products cruelty-free and dermatologically tested?
Absolutely. All European Wax Center proprietary products are cruelty-free and formulated by experts to be safe, effective, and gentle on all skin types.
